Pre-publication draft. This document describes the proposed service and must be verified against the deployed system, confirmed business identity, and actual data-handling practices before being relied upon for any platform review or public launch.

1. Scope

These draft Terms describe intended use of the Voycerizer website, MCP integrations, and publishing services. They are not final contractual terms and do not authorize public onboarding until approved and made effective by the operator.

2. Accounts and permissions

You must control or be authorized to use each social account you connect, follow the connected platform's terms, and provide accurate registration information. Some capabilities require third-party approvals and may be unavailable in particular regions or accounts.

3. Your content

You retain your rights to content you upload or instruct Voycerizer to publish. You grant Voycerizer only the permissions reasonably necessary to store, transform as instructed, schedule, deliver, and verify that content. You are responsible for having necessary rights, licenses, consents, and disclosures.

4. Publication authority and irreversibility

Publishing tools may perform real external actions. You are responsible for reviewing destinations, timing, captions, privacy settings, disclosures, and any platform-required confirmations before authorizing publication. After a provider accepts a post, some actions may not be reversible and deleting a Voycerizer job may not delete the published item.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse connections to publish unauthorized content, spam, impersonate others, evade platform restrictions, interfere with systems, or use the service unlawfully. We intend to apply protective limitations and may suspend misuse as legally permitted.

6. Service availability

Features and access depend in part on third-party LLM hosts, APIs, permissions and platform review. A service may reject uploads or change capabilities. Voycerizer will aim to communicate status accurately but cannot guarantee successful third-party publication.

7. Pricing

Any paid publishing pricing, rebates, taxes, refunds, and billing authorization requirements will be disclosed before purchase and included in finalized service terms. Using the calendar preview on this website does not purchase anything or create a real scheduled post.

8. Termination and changes

Users should be able to disconnect accounts, and appropriate account-closure and export procedures will be defined for production. Final terms must address effective date, applicable law, dispute resolution, warranties, liability limitations, and contact details before launch.

9. Contact

See the contact page. The operating entity and monitored legal-support channel must be confirmed before activation.
